"We made a last minute decsion to join our Son's family at Holden Beach. For a short stay there was not a lot of options. We found this listing and it was just what we were looking for. Was clean, air conditioning worked well and the porch was awesome. Loved sitting out there in the morning taking in the ocean and the breezes. Would stay here again. "

"We had an enjoyable stay at Salty Winds. The location was perfect-just steps away from the ocean and beach access. The house itself was clean, cozy, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The balcony was our favorite spot, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks while watching the ocean. There is a full ocean view from the unit. We had a relaxing time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway!"

"This place was fabulous other than the fact that you have to make up your own bed, of which is not at all comfortable. A better cleaning service to make up the new beds would make it a perfect 5 star."

"We loved holden beach. However, our room was disgusting and VERY outdated. When we arrived, i had to clean for 2 hours because everything was so nasty. I called and complained and still was never offered any money back, etc. Just that they was very sorry and offered to come and clean the room. But that was necessary because I had already cleaned it. The comforters were stained and old looking. I washed them before we used them. Will never book with these owners again."

"Hosts were very communicative and condo was very clean. The kitchen had a great selection of cookware and even some storage containers for leftovers which was nice as we were cooking most nights. The location was great with easy access to beach and pool. This is a great option to be able to stay in Holden Beach without having to rent an entire house. "

"Property in good shape. Kitchen was very well supplied with pots, pans, etc. The kitchen could use an update and so to for the living room."

"The listed claimed the property was updated, but was fairly rough. Multiple windows were very rusted, the carpet was torn, the kitchen floor had tears in the vinyl, the fridge had a broken door and missing shelves. Many lights were out, such as the main floor bathroom. The beds were supposedly new but obviously the cheapest thing the owner could buy. We only stayed two nights despite booking for three. Absolutely would not recommend and would tell everyone to avoid."

"This house is amazingly well laid out & perfectly stocked with all the things you may need! Jason & Linda did a great job of communicating what items are there for guest use and what the guests need to provide on their own. There were no surprises except for the bedrooms (which were ALL lovely) the pool and tiki bar area (perfect for family gatherings) and the extremely well stocked kitchen with every dish, pan and gadget you could possibly need. Well done - we will be back!"
