"The front desk person was amazing and so helpful with our issues. The sink in our room was clogged and then our toilet clogged too. The issues were taken care of quickly though so we appreciated that! The room was a little dingy with the tile being dirty/stained. The pool was very cloudy and hot with hair floating all throughout the water. The breakfast was plentiful but not hot. "
