“I think there was an issue with VRBO and not necessarily the host but we did have trouble checking in. We never recieved the check in process so we didn’t have access for a couple of hours after we were supposed to be able to check in. Thankfully VRBO support was finally able to help as the host was flying and unable to be reached. However, they offered a voucher for our hassle and we still have no recieved that so it’s hard to not still be a bit disappointed in how things went down.”

“We spent many hours on the balcony overlooking the Spring River falls. Wonderful birdwatching. Fun watching the fishermen and kayakers. The accommodation was adequate.Two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms were a plus. Very nice shower. Enough of a kitchen to prepare a light meal. Good WiFi and great air conditioning. The host was quick to respond to any issues. The outside needs a lot of maintenance, especially removal of all the poison ivy. I would stay here again.”

“Great stay in a perfect location. Separate enough to feel like you have your own space, but you have easy walking access to anywhere in downtown Eureka Springs. I didn't have to use my car (which had super-convenient reserved parking) one time once I got settled. The studio's A/C worked wonderfully, and the space was spacious and cozy. Would definitely stay again!”

“The property looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The frame in the spare room had no support bars so the mattress fell through when you sat on it. There were spiders and cobwebs everywhere and half the paint decor in the kitchen was missing. Just needs some general TLC. The unit didn’t get below 78 until about 2-3am. But, the host was accommodating to us checking in early.”
