Day 1 - the elevators had a technical fault.
Day 2 - there was no water in the hotel due to works on the street (planned) but they did not tell guests in advance so that we could plan accordingly.
Day 3 - electrical faults and limited power. One elevator closed its doors but not all the way and started to move and then got stuck - with me inside - scary.
I was offered apologies and a refund by management but that still hadn’t happened.
In general it’s a nice hotel but the staff don’t seem to know what to do with crumbling infrastructure, or how to appropriately support guests. Disappointing
