"We truly enjoyed our stay here. It felt great to be able to fully settle into the space and spread out. Having access to our very own massage chair each time we came back for a break was pure luxury. The staff were accomdating to our questions and kind. Loved the tub too! It was a bit odd however how everything In our room was wrapped in plastic.. we didn't love that. "

"We spent 5 days at this hotel. It is close to JR Station and one can walk from Namba Station to the hotel if you know the direction. Food, transportation, and shopping are all within walking distance. Breakfast is excellent with many varieties. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. "
"My favourite property in Namba. Its dead centre of Dotonbori and also quiet and and very clean property. Tiny rooms but I was given a disabled room and big bed. Just few meters away from Dotonbori’s main attractions. Eventhough cleaning was not done daily, I was getting regular clean towels and bins were emptied. I will stay here again. 100%"

"Stayed three nights during World Expo. Breakfast was spectacular, huge assortment of hot and cold foot items, breads, soups, meats, seafood, salads, fruits, I can’t even name them all. Great for if you want to try new foods as well. The drink options were even spectacular, with more than basic water and coffee/tea. There were some free perks after certain times, I think I tried a cold noodle dish after a certain time and it wasn’t bad.
The room was clean, bed comfortable, there was a foot massager, no onsen, but nice shower. "
