"Enjoyed our stay, good location and close to everything we wanted. We walked everywhere. Lots of good food options. There was some sticky residue on the desk that we cleaned off. Our ac vent was making a loud noise the first night but when we let the staff know, they fixed it right away. The hotel were very apologetic. The staff was all very nice, will be staying here again"

"For the location, all day place shibuya was great. Rooms are small but typical for Tokyo (especially with such a high profile location). Room was maybe a little dusty when we arrived but didn’t cause any issues through the trip. Bed was comfortable, AC worked well, never had an issue using a washing machine. Check in was on a machine but there is always people in the lobby around to help with the process. "

"Front desk staff and all staff were excellent. Very helpful, friendly and available. Rooms were a little tight but comfortable. The shower was great as were the heated toilet seat. Bed was firm and the TV seemed larger than normal. Location was outstanding in the middle of Shibuya and five minute walk to the Scramble. "
