"Property looked amazing online and we were excited to book it for our summer family trip. However, when we got there, we promptly walked out and cancelled our reservation through VRBO. Photos on the listing are/were from awhile ago as the furniture was really soiled, linens that were clean had hair and bugs all over them and the neighborhood also left much to be desired. Owner was responsive and fair with the situation. "

"Your home was welcoming and stocked with all that a kitchen needs to prepare food for 12. We came together from several states and we're able to settle right in and enjoy our reunion. The fully gated-in large deck was the perfect place for 4 young children and a dog to unwind. The house is spacious and very comfortable. The neighborhood quiet and very walkable. Thank you. "

"Lovely little home. The most comfortable beds but very high. So beds are hard to climb into. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. However, we did not have time to cook a dinner meal (or too exhausted). Outside needed some landscaping clean up. Does not look like pictures onlineBackyard security lights kept coming on in middle of night. Hostess denied anyone lived/rented in basement but construction van in driveway kept coming/going at all hours. And was parked in driveway all night.Bedrooms need dressers for those of us staying more than a couple of days. As well as a small table lamp in the 2nd bedroom for convenience at bed time"

"We were a group of 7 ladies, all family, staying for the Capitol Jazz Festival. The home was AMAZING and beautiful. Very clean and surprisingly well equipped with all the kitchen needs you could every require. It is very rare that you find a home so well prepared and welcoming. Magnificent stay, we look forward to returning. I hope you got our handwriting thank you note, signed by all."

We enjoyed every aspect, from our arrival meeting with the owner who familiarized us with all aspects of the property, to sitting under the deck gazing across the green field to watching a rainstorm pass over us.The apartment is so new, so well decorated, equipped, peaceful and enticing. "I stayed with my family for three nights. The place was very nice, the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The house was perfect for a family gathering. There was plenty of space and the kitchen was well-equipped. What I didn't like was that the lights throughout the house were very dim. I prefer bright lights. My family and I had a great stay at this house. I highly recommend it."
"Owner was very attentive and responsive to all my texts and emails. Allowed me to stay one extra night because our flight changed. Place was cozy and perfect for us because we were visiting friends in the area. Small hiccup with the hot water in the shower, but one text to the owner and is was resolved. I loved the neighborhood as it was all families and school buses in the morning. Only criticism is that it's near a busier street and it can get noisy at night."

"I booked this place to host my birthday. We had an amazing time. It may be scary to some but it is worth the money. It was equipped with everything we needed. The host, Mr. Loren, was extremely polite, responsive and proactive. The home has a theme that goes along with the castle, which is why I said it could be spooky/dated to some. Bring a humidifier if you are asthmatic. My birthday is around Halloween so it was PERFECT. We really enjoyed the game room. Game room could use more lighting but thankfully, we were able to use the upstairs lamps and the gracious host was okay with it. We placed everything back upon our exit. Every room was equipped with extra blankets, a heater, a/c, towels etc. There are a few shopping centers close by; walking distance. Thank you again for an amazing stay, Mr. Loren. I look forward to booking again, possibly for Halloween day/weekend, if you'll have us lmao."
