The Beach Cottage is a lovely cottage located in the Noordwijk, sea heroes neighborhood with its own parking space. The cottage is fully equipped, even with a romantic wood-burning stove. It has a nice loft with a lovely double bed upstairs and downstairs you will find a bedroom with a king-size bunk bed. You can park your car in front of the cottage for free on private property.
You are close to the beach, with very nice restaurants which are open all year round. Or go shopping in the Hoofstraat.

Een bijzonder knusse cottage, mooi centraal gelegen. Loop je aan het einde van de straat op de Golfweg 6 minuten naar rechts, dan ben je op het strand. Loop je 6 minuten naar links, dan ben je in de gezelllige hoofdstraat. De beach cottage heeft veel extra voorzieningen als een koel-/vriescombinatie, een wasmachine met droger, een vaatwasser, oventje en magnetron. Verder is er ruim voldoende servies en bestek. Wel je eigen beddengoed en handdoeken meenemen.. Voor ons geen probleem. Geen wastafel in de badkamer maar je hebt voldoende ruimte in de keuken om daar je tanden te poetsen en je handen te wassen. Heerlijke stoel, bank en matrassen. Het parkeren vond ik erg krap. Zeker als alle bewoners van het grote huis en de overburen thuis zijn, dan kun je wat moeilijker achteruit inparkeren. Ik heb tijdens ons verblijf de beheerder gemaild o.a. ivm het ontbreken van vuilniszakken in de vuilnisbakken maar kreeg geen antwoord terug. Jammer. Maar al met al hebben wij een prima verblijf gehad.

Lage top.....Wohnung etwas ungepflegt
Vorweg: die Lage ist top, das große Doppelbett auf der Empore war prima, ebenso der gemütliche Eßtresen aus Holz! Leider wirkte die Wohnung ungepflegt. Das Bad war absolut minimal ausgestattet und etwas schmuddelig. Eine echte Katastrophe war das " Kinderzimmer"- bestehend aus einem Metall-Hochbett, einem kaputten Schrank und einer abgerissenen Garderobenleiste. Leider quietschte das untere Bett bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung so laut, das beide Kinder kaum schlafen konnten!! Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung ja schön, es müsste nur mal Geld für eine Renovierung investiert werden. Ebenso wäre eine ordentliche Säuberung und Aufräumen mal nötig. Als Gast ist es nicht schön, wenn man in den Küchenschränken ein Sammelsurium aus abgebrannten Teelichtern, halben Spültabs, verklebten, halbleeren Ölflaschen der Vormieter usw. findet.

Super Urlaub in perfekter Lage
Die FEWO ist klein aber gemütlich. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Einzig, dass es im Bad kein Waschbecken gab, war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Dafür war die Lage top. Für ein paar Tage zu zweit unbedingt zu empfehlen. Bäcker, Innenstadt und Strand sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Toll auch der kostenlose Stellplatz vor dem Häuschen.

Kleines Häuschen in perfekter Lage
Wir haben als vierköpfige Familie mit unsere 10 Monate alten Zwillingen eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Ferienhäuschen verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist klein und überschaubar. Im Untergeschoss verfügt es über ein Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche, ein kleines separates Schlafzimmer mit Hochbett und ein Badezimmer mit Toilette und Dusche. Auf der Galerie, die über eine schmale Treppe und eine Bodenluke zu erreichen ist, befindet sich noch ein Doppelbett. Es ist alles sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet - jeder Zentimeter wird dabei ausgenutzt. Uns hat das allerdings überhaupt nicht gestört. Unsere Zwillinge hatten genügend Platz zum Krabbeln und Spielen. Sogar ein Zwillingskinderwagen passt durch die Tür. Das einzige was anzumerken ist, ist dass es im Badezimmer kein extra Waschbecken gibt. Dazu muss dann die Spüle in der Küche genutzt werden. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Es befindet sich in einer kleinen Straße mit ruhiger Nachbarschaft. Man braucht nur einige Schritte bis zur Promenade und zu den Strandbars. Auch die kleine Innenstadt ist zu Fuss super zu erreichen und eine tolle Bäckerei befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses. Das Häuschen verfügt ebenso über einen eigenen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.
