"You will keep finding things you like!The check in was easy. The owner sent us the code the day before we arrived. the kithen was large and we were able to seat our group of 11 at the table and the counter. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need and is spacious.The house feels open and clean. There are plenty of beds, although we had 9 singles and 1 couple so a grandson slept on the leather couch which he said was comfortable. The beach is about 3 blocks away, so we drove in the July heat, but there was parking.We loved NASA and actually saw one rocket launch. Then felt a later one in the middle of the night and caught a photo of it!There are great toys for the pool, and a very helpful guest book.This house fit our family the best of any we have ever stayed in. It was a happy stay."

"Truly steps from the beach. Everything needed was provided. Clean, safe, nicely decorated. Perfect for up to 4 people. Sleeps 6 but I think that would be tight for more than 4 adults. Beach was not crowded & lovely. Would 100% stay here again!"

"Excellent host and property! They really care about visitors. Cathy provides excellent communication and information to enhance your stay. To our surprise, there was a high chair, hair dryer in the bathrooms, two washers/dryers, iron and board, and a complete kitchen with toaster, microwave, water kettle, coffee maker (uses basket type flat bottom filters). I write this because we didn’t know it had all of that! So close to the beach and it has the private pool and outside grill. Honestly, with all it offers, you really just need to show up! We really appreciated Cathy! Excellent hostess. "
"We loved this house. Our family is large at 8 people and there was plenty of room for all of us to stay. The pool was great to enjoy when we arrived and there were games to play also. We will defiantly stay here again on our next trip."
"The property was fantastic for a large family. So much room to spread out. My grandchildren loved having their own space in such a soothing atmosphere. The several seating areas were great for eating meals. Walking to the beach was a breeze. The older grandkids could to the beach several times a day. We loved the beach chairs provided and the wagon to get everything yo the beach and back. One family took their kids to The Dinosaur Museum, while the other headed to putt-putt golf. We visited Cocoa Beach Pier, NASA Space Center, Ron Jon’s, Surf Style and had some great food. We spent a lot of time in the pool too. Such a great asset. "

"There are a lot of expectations I place on a vacation rental because it takes me a few years to save up to even go. This property exceeded my already high and hopeful expectations! First, the cleanliness of the property was wonderful. I’m not sure what kind of magic they use to remove sand from within, but they did it. Second, I have stayed in multiple VRBO rentals before and they all have required the purchase of bath, laundry and paper products on our own. This rental was stocked with the majority of this that lasted us our entire stay! The kitchen utensils were basic and only salt and pepper available, but stocked enough to get meals taken care of if you wanted. Third, the beach wares available were a huge blessing, as we flew into town and couldn’t possibly bring all that is needed, nor want to purchase those items once there. Myself and 4 teen sons had plenty enough to keep us situated for the day at the beach. Fourth, the entire property is very well maintained and quiet. The pool and putting green are in impeccable condition and stayed that way during our 8 day stay. The wiring is a bit dated, as outlets for chargers are behind furniture, but it was not anything off putting. The managing company sent detailed information in a timely manner before access. I would highly recommend this rental and would love to return again. Thank you for allowing us to make wonderful family memories in a clean and safe environment! "
