“House was great, location was great. The only issue is the driveway. The road to the house is not paved and has extremely large holes/ruts. If it’s muddy, you could get stuck. That is the only drawback, otherwise the property is great!”

“This was a great spot for us during our stay near Fowl River for our annual family reunion. One minute from the bay but we couldnt figure out how to access it as there are private property signs all around it. Didn't matter much as we were so busy with river activities. Will def stay here again next time!”

“My family and I couldn't have asked for a better stay in Theodore, AL. This was our first RV experience and it exceeded our expectations by a long shot! Communicating with the host was a breeze and the property was very clean, and family oriented. If this RV didn't sell us on buying our own to travel, we would definitely stay here again! Also, The baby ducks and Geese neighbors were a HUGE bonus!!!! Thank you!”

“Good accommodations overall but the driveway does need some attention. A load of gravel will make a world of difference. It was usable but very slow entering the property. Adequate for what we wanted it for. Would come back in the future ”
