“On arrival the front desk staff greeted warmly and very professionally. This is a complete departure from our last visit. Everything was very clean and well organized (and decorated for Halloween, so cute!). Our room was very clean as well. I like when I enter a hotel room and it smells fresh and of cleaning products. We had our doubts because it of how our previous stay went, but I’m glad we decided to give this place another shot. ”

“Room was great and Kim at the front desk was very personable. The shower was a little finicky but am guessing it was the operator. The hand held came apart while trying to make it work correctly. The breakfast was delicious and the lady making sure everything was fine did a great job. Like that there is hot chocolate at the coffee bar. Tasted so good since it was chilly.”
