Cute cozy functional
I can’t complain about that for that price. Place overall was clean and all equipment worked well. I could find some things to point regarding cleaning, but like I said it was very affordable and pleasant to stay.

Very cute little cabin. The pool was freezing and spa not functional, but the kids loved swimming. It was tight for 2 adults and 2 kids, but did the trick.

Property is very old and needs a lot of updating. It appears that they are doing just enough to keep it going without really putting any extra into it. The trees and shrubs around the cabins and property are very overgrown, everything in the kitchen is mismatched like it was all bought at tag sales, along with everything else in the cabin. The bottom of the shower curtain was all orange from not being cleaned or replaced as it should be, the fan/light in the bathroom was basically duct taped in. Not that I would have used it but I was informed after I made the reservation that the hot tub was not functioning, I'm pretty sure that it has not functioned for quite some time. Also, the book that is left in the cabin for things to do or places to eat has not been updated since 2018! I will at least say that it was fairly clean and the beds were comfortable. I will not return to stay here again.

Nice quiet location.
Super cute cottage. Liked the pool. Could of used some simple items like pot holders and a pizza cutter in the kitchen. Not near any shopping but still a very restful stay!

Great Stay!
This was a great place to stay!! Very cute cabin with everything we could need and a decent amount of space for the four of us. It was very clean and close to all the White Mountain attractions. Our two kids, ages 9 and 12 enjoyed the pool and the tennis courts. It is a very quite area and the stars were beautiful at night while we were having a camp fire.

Perfect location!!
We were up to visit my son and his girlfriend. Great location. Easy off and on the highway. Great place, beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows, kitchen well supplied. Nice to have heat controls in each room. Water definitely hot. Plenty of bath towels. The cabin was perfect for the 2 of us. We needed help with the cable….. THANK YOU to Kim for coming out in the evening with batteries and fixing the cable, greatly appreciated!!!

Quiet weekend getaway
After a couple of rough weeks at work this was the perfect weekend getaway. The location had an amazing view of the mountains and there weren’t many people staying at the other cottages while we were there so it felt as if we had the place to ourselves. The only thing was that the bedrooms did not have power during our stay. We were informed prior to checking which was appropriated. This was not a big deal at all for us. The most important spaces like the kitchen and bathroom had power so it was not an inconvenience. Other than sleeping we didn’t spent much time in the bedrooms. Overall my friends and I really enjoyed our stay.
