“Friendly staff good deal for the price”

“The place didn't look dirty but had an unpleasant odor. We had a room on 2nd floor,there is no elevator or even the wheeled carts to bring in your things. We have a child in a wheelchair they said we could have handicap room on 1st floor for extra 30. We already paid but didn't want to carry everything up stairs so paid the extra. The pool was freezing and there was no bathtub or railings by commode in their handicap room. We go so the kids can swim, but pool is not heated. Breakfast”

“Loved how clean the room was. Appreciated that several pillows with a range of firmnesses were provided. Despite noises from a busy road outside, it’s very quiet inside the room.”

“Clean and well maintained”

“The room was not worth the asking price. The door had clearly been broken into before and was "repaired" with some kind of white glue/paste. There were holes in some of the walls as well as rips and stains on the bedding amd scratches all over the desk in the room. The toilet was held in place with wooden shims and the bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine when turned on, which was anytime you wanted light in the bathroom. Around midnight gunshots where fired outside of the section we were in.……

“Quiet place and nice staffs”

“The property was perfectly located in Meredith. Our at the Palmer Inn was on the bottom level near a utility closet, the room was very noisy with mechanical noises and the rumbling of the a/c. I would stay at Mill River again but I would try another one of the properties.”

The nature is very beautiful and the air is very fresh. But I suggest coming when the weather is warm because it's too cold to swim or row a boat”

“The Inn has 4 guest rooms on the second floor. The kitchen is on the first floor equipped with coffee machine, tea kettle, microwave and some plates. Simple breakfast is provided each morning. Some road noises can be heard at night. The room is very clean. It was a perfect place to stay for my hiking trip!”

“our room was way up in what seemed like the attic bed was very uncomfortable we got room service and the food was amazingly good 😋 pool and waterfall hot tub was enjoyable and complimentary breakfast was excellent with great choices cute decor throughout hotel and staff very friendly & helpful”
