“Was an excellent place to stay. Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again. ”

“It’s such a perfect stay that I can’t recommend this apartment more!! The room is big, clean and with everything equipped. The location is so great, close to beaches, all the restaurants and markets. And what impresses us most is the hospitality of the staff, especially Cely! She is the soooooo nice and enthusiastic, super communicative and warm-hearted!! Her smile just makes you feel happy all the day!! I would definitely stay here again if I come back and I recommend it to anyone who visit……

“lava beach is an excellent resort. We throughly enjoyed our stay there last week. Thanks to Daniel and Christina for the very warm welcome, and to Laura for making sure everything was ok! The resort is clean, with beautifully manicured gardens. The choice of food at breakfast and dinner was excellent; including the vegetarian options. The hotel is very near the beach, we walked there and hired a sun lounger for the day-the water is pristine! Overall, a fantastic stay- one small grumble- our AC……

“We travelled as a couple with a baby aged 10 months. Check in was relatively quick, we waited for two families in front of us but when it got to our turn things were sorted quickly. Front desk staff member i think called Hugo was very nice and explained everything clearly. Our room was ground floor immediately as you come out of reception. The accommodation is split into apartment blocks. ”
