Room was clean but the sink was leaking and the tub backed up. Maintenance came to unblock the drain in the tub but could not stop the leak for the sink. They left a mess in the bathroom after trying to fix the leak and left us with every single towel in the bathroom drenched. Asked the front desk to move us rooms and they wouldn’t, instead offered us a $100 credit for breakfast. When checking out I had an extra charge to the room from the pool bar. We did not go to the pool bar and was told it would be looked into and I would get a call back and they wouldn’t remove the charge if it wasn’t ours. I ended up getting charged anyway and did not receive a call back. I had to call back about a week after my stay to get a refund for the charge. I will not be staying here again.
