“We enjoyed our stay at Annette's place. Check in was easy and Annette stopped by to introduce herself and offer any assistance if needed. The duplex apartment is very clean and tidy. There are added details throughout to make the place feel like a home away from home. The kitchen includes all the cleaning and paper products you need, along with coffee and filters for the coffee maker. The beds are comfortable! It was nice to have the extra 1/2 bath on the first floor. The walk to the……

“Nice place, comfortable beds, master bedroom upstairs, stairs. Does it have a lot of cooking pots and pans if you're just here for a nice place close to the beach and don't really cook great place. Although I asked the host for a few cooking things and it was here immediately great host. We would extend our stay here if it was available. We will definitely reuse this host again.”

“There is no driveway. You get maybe one spot in front of house (if available). Instructions on where else to park were unclear and were told if wrong spot would get towed. House sleeps 10 so we had 10 people and 4 cars. Logistical nightmare. 3 cars had to park very far away in pouring rain, and still worry if would get towed. Strange town parking is not clear. Maid left dishes piled up next to sink and dishwasher full (presumably all washed). 4 bath towels were put out for 10 people. One towel……
