“The room was spotless and the decor was beautiful. The location was very convenient and the staff was friendly, in particular Marciello. The only downsides were that there was no hot water in the shower and the air conditioning vented onto the deck, making it really hot to sit on the deck. ”

“Lorenzo, the host was very responsive to my emails, and communication about the unit was very clear. The apartment was clean and spacious. The air conditioners worked perfectly. The condo is in a good location, a few blocks from a couple of supermarkets. Having a washer & dryer was a plus. If you're facing the building from the street, the concierge/office is in the front on the bottom floor. I had difficulty recognizing the concierge office at night at time of checkin. “Very spacious and clean. Living room with full kitchen, multiple balconies, fantastic view as in courtyard. Convenient location, near restaurants, cathedrals and everything. The little craft beer bar just besides it got great beers. ”

“Unfortunately the location showed the apartment was located at Playa Bonita but it is actually located in Chumical which is 20km away. We were advised by friends who reside in Playa Bonita, whom we wanted to stay close to, that taxis/Uber’s dont go to Chumical and the area is for “adventurous” travelers so we forfeited our non-refundable booking. The host offered a different date but this didn’t resolve the above concerns. ”
