Stayed here for 10 nights. Staff were friendly, efficient, polite and kind. Room was of a good size and the bed was really comfortable. Bathroom was clean and well maintained. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel and would stay here again.

Great Value and location

Really enjoyed my time there. Even though I ended up with a smoking room when I booked, the room was still very clean and spacious. The staff was extremely friendly and the location was great. I would stay here again!

Older building compared to other APAs I have stayed in, but very clean and spacious. Probably more spacious than the newer orange APA buildings. My stay here was very short but the location is a bit of a walk to Sumiyoshi station.

Though the location of this hotel is a bit far from the traditional tourist spot, it is a quiet neighbourhood, with 2 metro stations within 6 mins from walk. Convenience store is nearby Size of the room is slightly bigger than other apa hotel

Building is slightly dated, and there’s only one elevator. Staff is very nice and the room was decently sized. It was very nice and quiet and peaceful. It is a bit of a walk to the nearby train stations especially with luggage.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Good location if you really want to learn how to use to the Tokyo Subway system. Close to two Subway stations, as well as a bus stop. Also, I forgot my sandals when I left and the staff hung on to them, and I was able to retrieve them the next morning. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were very helpful. Our room had an amazing view of Tokyo Skytree and the skyline. The in room ventilation only had limited effect, so me careful during hot weather. But in Fall we were comfortable.

Easy check in and check out . Had to clean the tub because hair was in it. Just a few blocks from the train stations. 7 eleven is down the sidewalk. The area is nice and quiet.
