This vintage cabin in Tahoe Donner boasts a cozy wooden interior with a wood-burning fireplace, entertainment such as a pool table, and plenty of space to unwind in comfort. The back deck offers a peaceful refuge with forest views on sunny days and access to community amenities means there's always something to do.

What's nearby:
This cabin is a short walk from the Tahoe Donner Golf Course, the central marketplace, and the Trout Creek Rec Center, where you'll find a shared pool and hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, and more! The ski area is very close to make use of during winter and water sports are available a short drive away on Donner Lake. Horseback riding, mountain biking, and hiking are popular activities, as well.

*Following the Tahoe Donner HOA agreements, gatherings of people not renting the home are not allowed. Authorities will be notified if there is a party or large gathering in the home.
*No excessive noise and/or trash
*All exterior lights must be turned off between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am, seven days a week

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: There is a private dock at the Tahoe Donner Marina. Please bring your guest access cards. A $12 fee applies. Public docks are located along Donner Lake on Donner Pass Road.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
