A beautiful hotel! The entire staff was kind, skilled, and professional. Jonah greeted us when we arrived and made my son and I feel welcome and special. Both the rooftop and lobby bars were perfect. The rooms are cozy, clean, and modern. I love this place and will definitely stay there when I go back to Toronto. If you’re even considering this hotel just book it. You won’t be disappointed!

The place is not clean. The hair blower and light is broken. The attendant ask us to complete a job request form. Then ask the guest to check the fuse box themselves. Upon insistence, finally sent someone to take a look. Guest have to buy hair blower for use as an unexpected event
