We met the owner at breakfast and he was very friendly and helpful. The night before we were going to arrive very late so called ahead and there was no problem, all was explained how to gain access. We stayed here as a family of 5 and it was excellent all round. "

"Newly tastfully decorated, staff friendly and attentive. Standard of food was on a par with pub grub, so not for foodies, also the dining room windows needed a wipe down due to dead insects. Wardrobe in room almost useless for hanging clothes full of other items . Better provision for hanging your cloths is needed, the wardrobe was small and was used to store a fridge, safe, hairdryer and ironing board. In short a potentially very nice hotel let down by attention to details."
