"Thisnhotel is a great stay for those visiting in the area for whatever reason. All the staff were polite and welcoming (I interacted with about 5 people during my stay). Very close to the Biltmore, there are quite a few different areas close for food and shopping as well. It is off a busier road in the area, however due to the positioning of the hotel and design of its landscaping it has a quieter "feel" to it. There were no safety issues and the hotel maintains security throughout the evening as well for patrons to have additional ease for thier safety. Doors also locked properly and sealed tightly. Bathroom amenities were standard hotel fare with basic white linens, hygiene items etc. Breakfast was stocked constantly during its scheduled time with fresh fruits, fresh fruit salad, juices, milk, omelets, wafdle maker etc. Staff ensured the dining area was also clean at all times as well and helping those staying with any issues that may happen. Indoor pool is smaller than others however it is also kept very clean without being overly saturated with chemicals and was nice to relax in when in use. Overall, this will be a place to keep on a list of hotels to stay at while visiting the area. The hotel does also work with the Hilton app that allowed me to check in and not worry about phsyical room keys."

"I highly recommend! The pools and outside seating areas are absolutely wonderful! The staff is friendly, all areas were very clean and it was a better breakfast than at other hotels we've stayed at in a while. Be aware: the double beds are NOT queen size!! They are a small full size. It did not stop us from enjoying our stay, it was great!"
