"We truly enjoyed our time from the moment we drove up till we had to go home. The cabin is the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. You can tell that the owners not only care for their property but they care about those renting from them. They thought of everything! We enjoyed being close to Lake Lure and Chimney Rock while feeling like we were in the middle of nowhere when we were back at the cabin. Only a quick 10 minute drive away. The restaurants we tried in chimney rock were the Burntshirt...

"Loved this property! The cabin is spacious with an amazing patio and fire pit. The porch outside the master bedroom had a comfortable swing perfect to stretch out on. The property is so quiet and private the owners did a fabulous job on both the inside and outside details. I would recommend this property for a nice peaceful vacation."

"We loved everything about our stay! The house had amaxing views from the back porch. It was peaceful and relaxing to sit down by the stream in the evenings followed by sitting fire side once the sun went down. We loved how close it was to some of our favorites in Chimney Rock and Lake Lure but still mostly secluded and private. Would definitely stay again in the future!"

We introduced ourselves to the neighbor and the new guy across the street, all were very kind. Great way to spend our 20th wedding anniversary!
