The staff were exceptionally helpful. The restaurant staff prepared an exceptional cappuccino which was welcome after our travel. We were accommodated in a spacious and immaculately clean park-view room. Breakfast was available in the hotel, which was a pleasant experience with a wide selection. We opted not to have breakfast on subsequent days to allow for an early departure to explore Venice. Thank you to all the staff for making our visit a memorable experience

NH Murano Villa is a hidden gem. Nestled within a small front, the former Glass Factory is a beautiful, boutique hotel, oozing with charm and luxury. The food is worthy of Michelin standards, and the service is perfect. A charming Italian adventure, close to Venice but in the peace of Murano. Thank you Matteo and Edwardo for a memorable stay.

Beautiful, somewhat decentralised hotel that stretches from the channel on one side to the lagoon on the other side. Perfect if you want to watch the marshes in the sunset from the terrasse, or go for a walk in the evening when all tourists have left. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great place to stay and so quiet and relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of Venice. The staff are amazing and the restaurant was delish, especially the deserts and Negroni! Beautiful property on Murano. Service was fantastic, we arrived late on the first evening and the accommodated us in the restaurant after closure as the island services shut early. The room was a good size for a family, modern and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely hotel in great location

Lovely hotel in stunning location. Only downside were rooms very small. Breakfast buffet was perfect. Easy to get to and from Venice (10 mins by vaporetto)

The staff is awesome. When we arrived the gentleman asked if he could assist with any plans for our visit. He called and set us up with a fantastic glass maker visit, no charge for the tour, though we did end up buying some souvenirs. I prefer staying in Murano over Venus, and this place in particular.

The hotel was lovely, the staff were friendly a special shout out to Alli, what a kind,funny and friendly guy. And Patricia was very friendly and polite too. I recommend staying at this hotel to anyone.
