"Excellent location. Very lovely grounds, which connect to a paved path that winds along the strip of hotels along the cliff overlooking the beach and the vast Pacific. Dining options are a short drive away. Staff are very helpful. We didn’t try the pool and hot tub, but they appeared very inviting in better weather. The room was nicely appointed and the bed very comfortable. The only item less than 5 stars is the property condition, which is a bit dated, having been built in the 1970’s. The property overall doesn’t need work, but a room-by-room updating would be in order. For the room we stayed in, the electrical outlets could be moved to be adjacent to the furniture and eliminate the unsightly power cords. The sofa’s woodwork is a bit worn, and could be replaced with a more comfortable one (rolled arms rather than wood frame). Overall, though, a very nice experience and very good value. "

"Room was very clean. Parking is tight but that is to be expected at the beach. Breakfast was great. Staff at front desk and housekeeping were excellent"

"The room is huge, clean, and quiet. They have a heated pool and a jacuzzi, even in November, you can enjoy. I wish the hotel provided a microwave because my kid is very picky, and he only eats pizza. We enjoyed the hotel a lot."
