"Our room faced a street but close to the beach. There was not breakfast. The public deck to the hotel faced the beach and was very nice."

"Beds were a size Full not queen, also someone opened our door dont know if it was the main door or a connecting room door. My Bf was showering and i was brushing my teeth when we heard the door open and close. Will not stay here again. Also it has a old smell and AC didnt work well. ☹️ "

"Our family enjoyed our stay here. The facility and amenities were very clean and had a modern flair. The kids especially enjoyed the daily breakfast. Close to downtown shops and restaurants and a great base to enjoy the neighboring towns like Morro Bay and Cambria. Highly recommend! "

"Pros: Clean, fairly new hotel. Loved that there were dimmers on the light switches. Comfortable bed, though we wished there was more variety in the pillows as they were all quite puffy, which wasn't great for a child. Staff were friendly. Area was very cute and felt very safe too. Parking was easy and free, loved the EV chargers. Price was reasonable. Breakfast was pretty standard chain hotel breakfast. AC units in the room were fairly quiet and effective. Cons: while the hotel was quiet the night we stayed, as usual in most hotels you can easily hear through walls to the corridor. Also in the 2-bed rooms, the beds are double size which I didn't notice when booking, and it was quite tight for us even as two slim adults. The shower drained a bit slowly. Overall the cons were minor and I would stay again. "

"The room was in good looking condition but the carpet felt dirty and slightly sticky to walk on barefoot so it does leave me to wonder what else isn't getting cleaned properly. It is a very budget friendly room though so I suppose it is worth it."

"Location was unbeatable. Room clean and fresh. We happened to be there at Spring Break so there were many families with children. All had a great time in the pool. Lots of people at the hotel but didn't seem crowded. Just active. Pillows were the most comfortable of any hotel ever. Coffee and rolls in the morning was nice. Staff was kind and helpful. Facility was well thought out and had processes in place to deal with all the people without anyone feeling ignored. Part of that was to have sufficient staff on site. It is right above the beach so it takes about 30 seconds to get to the steps to the beach then another 15 seconds to get down them and there you are on the beach with about 6-8 beach volleyball courts to your right and the Pacific ocean in front of you. Pismo beach is a great beach. This hotel gives you total access quickly. We had a great time. "
