“The only reason I come back is the staff. So nice. ”

“The power was out when we checked in. I had to request a ground floor room as my mom can’t take the stairs. They made it happen. It got quite cold in the room as the heat won’t work until the power comes on. But about 2 hours later the power came on and we got warmed up. This of course was no fault of the hotel. The breakfast was huge and very tasty! Especially the waffles!”
