Friendly staff with good service. Lavish breakfast. Room was nice. Location is at a peaceful area and walkable distance to Schonbrunn palace. Other City attractions are away from this location. Taxis are a bit pricy but Uber and City transit are the best options.

This property is located only 5 minutes from the Schonbrunn Palace. You can catch the Hop on Off buses from Schonbrunn. Loved the property itself and the breakfast was good. Parking is located under the hotel.

We loved our stay at the Doubletree. Spacious rooms, with easy access to Schonbrunn palace, and accommodating staff. For kids in particular - plenty of room to keep strollers in the room, great infant bed, and a bathtub the littles can use. We would gladly stay again with our family of four.

Excellent staff. Lovely room. Great location about 15-20 min from central Vienna, very close to Schonbrunn palace, but far enough out for a quiet stay.

it's perfect location for if you visit Schonbrunn palace. A bit walk distance to subway but there is trams station front of the hotel. Only thing I was bit upset that cleaner took my extra key from my room and return it to front desk. but overall, staff was nice, clean, and spacious.

Within walking distance to Schonbrunn palace, and restaurants. Breakfast onsite 22 euro a person which offers numerous selections. Parking is not included in room rates, paid extra for this and then had issues with using car leaving parking at the end of our visit.

The hotel is nice, clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Room facilities no slippers supplied. Well situated from the palace, close to public transport to get around the city. The hotel also next to technical museum. We had to asked for the bins to be emptied because it wasn’t done and some of the towels weren’t replaced. For me my observations the room weren’t cleaned that day only tidied up the bed.

Travelling alone with a baby is never easy, but this is the reason why I booked an upper class hotel. My expectation was to get support with luggage (impossible so handle a baby on my arm, stroller and luggage alone). During the whole stay I was never asked if I need help. Not at my arrival, leaving or during breakfast. Niveau of service leaves a lot to be desired. Room not clean enough for a crawling baby (spotted a half toothpick in his face after crawling). Cigarette butt on the balkony. Parking costs extra (95€ for 7 days!) I would definitely not recommend this hotel for guests with babies.
