False advertisement for Air conditioning so the room was too hot so bye to good sleep. Left the windows open throughout our stay and my family especially the children wet bitten ...

The airport bus was not v enough. End up only my sons can get in with the luggages but my husband and I have to take a taxi to the terminal. The staff at the check in counter is ok but not v welcome.
