Location was great as it looked over a golf course. It was a safe area on a dead end street so no traffic other than the ones living there. “I stayed in this lovely apartment for nearly 2 weeks while work in Birmingham. The street is quiet and the location is ideal--feels both city and neighborhood-y at the same time. “Property did not disappoint. Located right on the lake, it was a pleasant and peaceful experience. The listing was spot on. Very clean, organized. As with any house, appliances were not perfect but communication with the owner was very easy. They were very accessible. Access to Talladega Motorspeedway was amazing. We were in and out of the speedway within minutes because we were able access the track from the back side. Highly recommend this property!”
