“Mattress had stains, refrigerator had left over food (pizza box) l, bathroom had hair on the floor, one elevator didn’t work and night staff had an attitude when attempting to explain the condition of the room.”

“The room was clean when we arrived, but they didn't clean the room or replenish the the tea/coffee/surgar, etc. The staff didn't know what a kettle is. The room TV wasn't working. Parking was $40/night, which is higher than expected (the whole night was under $200) The shower was broken; it works, but broken. It was a good stay, but I will probably go for another option my next time around.”

“The staff was very friendly. We had unfortunate luck w/our room(s). We checked in around 11 pm - the room reeked of marijuana (vaping is all we could guess). We asked to be moved - no rooms available that night. The next day we were assigned to another room (next door same floor). It looked fine - smelled a little dank but we figured we’d get used to that. Flushed the toilet ran the sink and immediately the room smelled like sulfer/rotten eggs.
