It's a very new hotel and they are still sorting out a few details like signs (we found the entrance after a brief adventure). Room is huge with nice robes, towels and toiletries. Shower was great. Design is classy if a bit bland. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I did miss my in room coffee, although they had good coffee available in the lobby.

The hotel is older and shows a little wear but the staff more than makes up for lack of cosmetics. They were the best staff I have ever stayed with in Blacksburg!

The hall on my floor was littered with construction trash and smelled like dry wall mud. I felt like i was going to fall through my bathtub. The refrigerator didn't work. The staff was the best part of my stay. I didn't bother them with any of this because I knew it wasn't their fault.

Great gym. Nutritious breakfast options. The staff seems like mostly college students or young people, so the cleaning quality is a bit lacking. For example, when we checked into our room, garbage from the previous occupier was still there. Little things like that. But overall, we slept well and the place was quiet.

Excellent and courteous staff and experience. Breakfast was just ok, but the staff was very attentive and sweet.
