“They don’t change sheets and pillowcases. Hair on sheets and bad smell on pillows. Roach shows up on table also.”

“Everything was mid grade decent outside of breakfast. It was junk. No tea. Crap food. There was fruit. Otherwise had decent night. I’d give it a generous 6.5”

“Pool and hot tub were both empty. The mattresses were like sleeping on a sheet of plywood and the pillows were like a brick. When we got there we had a wait a while for someone to come to office because the other staff said she was in the bathroom. Also, no complimentary breakfast. You buy off the menu but they were out of eggs and bacon. ”

“Staff wasn't as friendly as last time I visited this property. There were dishes left in the dishwasher. The coffee machine and AC are both outdated and not in great working condition. Overall this is a decent place but with each visit, I'm considering booking a new hotel next time. I visit the area a few times a years”

“Older hotel but clean. The breakfast was good with a variety of items. Our first room had a musty smell, and we had a problem with our commode not flushing properly. The desk clerk tired to fix the problem and when she couldn’t moved us to another room. We appreciated her efforts. Hotel was not what we expected but since it was just for one night we made the best of it. ”

“Staff was helpful during check in. The room was very clean. The sofa bed was basically brand new. The mirror in the room was broken and a few door jams were broken as well. The rooms were not soundproof in the slightest but overall a really good stay. Breakfast was great. ”
