“The house was a great place for us to stay while in the area for a wedding (grandparents, parents & kids). The approach to the property was a bit disappointing as so many trees have been cleared, so the view isn't particularly pretty, but it is SO peaceful out there. “We had a family graduation out in Wisconsin and I needed a place to fit our kids and grandkids! Was so happy to find this cute place on the lake with plenty of room for everyone to sleep! Everyone enjoyed the space, using the hot tub and the beautiful view! I liked that no one else could get into the property as it was gated. We so wish we could have stayed longer! Our host were amazing and Brian was reachable by text if we had any questions! Would love to come stay longer in the future!”

“We stayed here with another couple as a home base for riding our motorcycles in the area. It was in a great location to ride out from any direction and enjoy the sites/scenery. We loved the driveway as it had ample room for 2 vehicles pulling enclosed trailers to park, unload/load and turn around. We also loved the garage so after riding we could park inside and not have to put into our trailers each day. We also used the garage to sit in lawn chairs and watch it rain the day it rained all...

“I hosted my brother’s bachelor party here for a weekend, and everyone was very pleased overall. It is not a particularly new or clean place, true to its rural WI setting, but it is perfectly suited to a group and has great communal spaces both indoor and outdoor. Note that this is a BARE BONES place, you have to bring many of your own essentials. Be very thoughtful/planful! We thought we had everything but forgot some kind of utensil to clean dishes with. “We had a wonderful time at this Castle Rock Lake property. The view is amazing and the house was very clean. The extra sunroom is a great space and there was plenty of room for 6 adults. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and items for cooking your own meals. Don was very responsive when we had questions. The fire pit was perfect as it was nice and cool when we visited.
