“The pool is out if service. The first floor smells lik pet urine. The first room they gave me looks lik ethe people that were in there just left. The room was not clean. They switched me to another room that smelled like urine. Don't waste your time.”

“Very disappointing compared to our stay two years ago. We loved this resort so much the first time that we returned and even convinced friends to make the 3-hour drive with us. Unfortunately, our room was not clean upon arrival. There was hair in the sink, food left on the pull-out bed, blood on the walls, and the floors were dirty. To make matters worse, half of the indoor water park was closed due to staffing shortages, and the outdoor water park was closed for maintenance despite the website……
