From the moment we arrived, we had a wonderful experience. We realized at check-in that we had accidentally booked our stay for the wrong dates, which could have been very stressful. Thankfully, Ana at the front desk was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. Together with the manager, she went above and beyond to help us arrange our stay and made sure we had a very comfortable room. We truly appreciated her help!
Everyone at the hotel was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist. Our room was spotless, had a great layout, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bermuda. If you have the opportunity to stay here, don’t hesitate—it’s an excellent choice!

What a gem! After travelling to more than 47 different countries this was the Best vacation we’ve ever had! Dining room is 5 star dining! Owners are involved in the day to day running of the Inn, staff have been hand-picked for their outstanding customer service and professionalism!
The property is quaint and charming, it is located in the middle of the island. Easy access to the Dockyard, Hamilton and St, Georges.
With direct flights from Halifax and only 2 1/2 hours away this will be our go to destination from now on! Thanks to Alex and Andy for a marvellous time!
