“The Captain's Suite is perfect for a "couples get away weekend". The historic home is filled with beautiful furniture, fixtures, and art. It is only a 3 block walk to the Historic Granbury Square. The suite had everything we needed. King bed with very nice linens. Huge walk in shower with bench (bath soap and shampoo included). Best of all were the gracious hosts, Tony and Tina. They were promptly available if we needed anything but were not the "in your face" hosts at all. A gorgeous place to...

“We loved staying at Captain’s House. Seriously so quiet, cozy and clean. We were in the Trenholm Suite and it couldn’t have been better. TV in both rooms with daybed in second room. Beautiful views. We felt like we were staying at our family’s home it was so comfortable. Nice light breakfast delivered outside your door in the morning. We walked to the square and our car stayed parked the entire time. We will stay here again next visit to Granbury. Thank you to our host!!!”

“The outdoor area is amazing. We loved hanging by the lake and enjoying the fire pit area. There was something for all of the kids to do that did not involve them being on their phones. We will definitely be back again.”

“My husband and I stayed 4 nights at this super cute hacienda, making it our base camp for activities in the general area. The hacienda had a queen bed with a full kitchen, sitting area, and a chest of drawers. The bathroom was very clean and the corner shower had great water pressure. The owners had a couple of water bottles and a homemade banana bread waiting for us. This lil piece of country was perfect for our stay and we will definitely be back when needing a place in Weatherford.”
