“Dirty. Unkempt and in disrepair. Felt unsafe with many loitering around outside. Not family friendly. Did not even stay the night there. The door lock would not lock properly. Light coming in from all around the door jam. Sheets were dirty. Bathroom door would not even close.”

“It was too cold in the room and almost every where. Temperature control was very difficult in the room and the system does not work pry.”

“We went a whole day without water and was told it would be about an hour or two before it will be fixed…and said the same over and over throughout the day. I understand it was the city’s fault and not that of the hotel. They gave us a so called generous discount of 20%. The room should have been comped for that day. Also the hallway was extremely hot with seemingly no air conditioning. The rooms were also hot and the little air conditioning was inadequate at best - especially at night trying to……

“Terrible service at the pool. Ordered and 2 hours later our order arrive. Beer was hot, no ice in mixed drinks. AC was not working, front desk said they would send up a fan, it never came.”
