"this is a wonderful place. Nice and relaxing beautiful view of the river. Chairs that are set out next to the water. The house is decorated beautifully to the theme of Margaritaville. we love the kayaks and paddle boards that were provided. The owners go above and beyond that ensures everything is in place. We even had coffee ready to go to enjoy our first morning. We stayed seven days and loved every minute of it. We didn’t wanna leave. The place is very clean. Mattresses were nice to sleep on. Pricing may seem a little high, but for what you get is certainly worth it. I would highly recommend this place. Will be back next year. Thank YOU. ."

We loved that the place was well stocked with kitchen tools and equipment, plus there were plenty of towels for everyone in the bathrooms. We loved having kayaks available for us and used them all weekend. Even got lucky enough to see some manatees swimming right up by the deck!"

"Stunning home- just beautiful. Loved everything about it, so tastefully decorated and clean. Kitchen is beautiful and fun to cook in.Comfortable beds. Screened in porch was wonderful, with a great tv. Kayaks in great shape that were easy to get in and out of the water with the steps. We used the fire pit every night and sat around it in comfortable chairs. Karen is a very kind and thoughtful owner who responds immediately. Just a perfect vacation for us,"

"We love staying at this house. It has literally everything you need to keep adults and children occupied and its close to plenty of things to do. When we aren't out checking out springs and surrounding areas we love spending time in the pool or fishing right off the dock...this year we decided to throw a crabtrap in and were pretty successful for not trying to hard. Space is perfect where everyone can spread out but still be together in common areas. We were lucky to see manatees right out front this year which was so awesome...everything about this house and the area is perfect for a family vacation"

"We had an issue in the beginning with getting into the house because I wasn’t getting communication from the property mgr regarding the code. The original code I received was on Tuesday but didn’t see anything after that, so when used that one & it didn’t work, I freaked out but we had the problem resolved immediately upon calling. Apparently, I wasn’t getting any further messages about the code change. Just a glitch but we got through it. Everything imaginable was available for use onsite. We brought a lot of things we didn’t need to. The upstairs was the best. Thank you for a wonderful weekend! "
