"The house was amazing! It had everything we needed and more! Beautiful views from the upstairs deck. We watched manatees swim by everyday! My niece is a pastry chef and she had everything she needed in the kitchen to make us delicious treats! We walked to the Upper Deck for lunch and dinner a couple of times which was very convenient, great food! We made good use of the kayaks every day! Thank you Tonya and Toby for a magical stay."

"this is a wonderful place. Nice and relaxing beautiful view of the river. Chairs that are set out next to the water. The house is decorated beautifully to the theme of Margaritaville. we love the kayaks and paddle boards that were provided. The owners go above and beyond that ensures everything is in place. We even had coffee ready to go to enjoy our first morning. We stayed seven days and loved every minute of it. We didn’t wanna leave. The place is very clean. Mattresses were nice to sleep on. Pricing may seem a little high, but for what you get is certainly worth it. I would highly recommend this place. Will be back next year. Thank YOU. ."

"This place was perfect for a fun birthday weekend celebration. We loved that the place was well stocked with kitchen tools and equipment, plus there were plenty of towels for everyone in the bathrooms. We loved having kayaks available for us and used them all weekend. Even got lucky enough to see some manatees swimming right up by the deck!"

"We had an issue in the beginning with getting into the house because I wasn’t getting communication from the property mgr regarding the code. The original code I received was on Tuesday but didn’t see anything after that, so when used that one & it didn’t work, I freaked out but we had the problem resolved immediately upon calling. Apparently, I wasn’t getting any further messages about the code change. Just a glitch but we got through it. Everything imaginable was available for use onsite. We brought a lot of things we didn’t need to. The upstairs was the best. Thank you for a wonderful weekend! "
