“Small one room with a utility closet with small refrig & microwave. Entry via outside door. .Small rear yard with fence needing repair backing up to a somewhat busy street. Central air but control panel in main unit unavailable to renter. Trouble with smoke detector going off intermittently 1st of 2 nites Owner responded but we surprised her sister in the room next day attempting to fix. Bigger surprise was the wall of the utility closet that slid open to give her access to the rental unit.……

“The rental itself was spacious and clean. The neighborhood was a bit run down, but overall it was okay. There was a pool advertised, which we never saw or could locate. It may the town community pool they were referring to, but it was demolished and still a mile or so from the actual property. It was close to the venue we were attending and we also found a couple hidden gems nearby for food, so we did enjoy our stay.”

“This property met all my needs, including the kitchenette area, the bed which was super comfortable, the location which was near my daughter, the a/c controls, and the TV and cable channel lineup. The only thing that could be improved is the shower doesn’t get hot - it gets warm enough but not hot like the tap in the sink. That could really be improved for a perfect stay.”

“The property is advertised as a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit. While that’s true, what wasn’t mentioned is that the bathroom is located inside one of the bedroom. So if the person in the other room needs the bathroom after bedtime, they have to come into someone else’s bedroom in the middle of the night. Not OK ”

“Everything was clean and tidy. The landscaping was beautiful. The pool was great. Great communication with the owner. The pool needs handles but other than that it was a beautiful place to stay. If traveling with kids or having them over is great because of all the toys that were there especially for toddlers. I told my daughter not to bring anything because there was plenty there for her toddler. Big enough to have family visit and enjoy. Will definitely book again. The boys liked the gym.……
