“The kitchen was great! Very spacious and was great for what we wanted. Everyone was so comfy that weekend, the lighting around the house was so nice and made everything feel extra cozy. Eric is a great host! He made sure we knew how to use everything and gave us a run down of the place. My one note would be to go through the spices and seasonings in the house as the majority of them are expired.”

He provided us with great info regarding the property, as well as some awesome places to eat in West Chester (within walking distance of his property). The house itself was perfect…Great kitchen and family room, as well as three bedrooms (and 2 great bathrooms). The neighborhood is quaint & really cool at the same time (2 blocks to restaurants, and West Chester University is a 5-10 minute walk). If you’re heading……

“2nd time in less than three weeks we stayed here due to excellent condition and 5 minutes from Christiana Care. This is our “go to” lodging in New Castle County. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast, which does have good choices, does become a bit “ same same” after a few days. Very appreciative of the attentive staff. Housekeeping deserves the tip we leave them. They earned it!”

“This motel was a nice surprise for a short stay. Plenty of parking space and felt safe the whole time. Staff were polite and helpful whenever we needed something. The room was neat, and the bed plus heater made the night very comfortable ”
