“Great place for the price! Clean, appreciated the mini fridge/freezer, cute back patio with fire pits and grill area. Right next to trails and the old railcar came by. Not far from Duluth canal park at all! We were getting in late so we checked in over the phone. We checked out early so just dropped the key in after hours box. Did not utilize staff or breakfast so can't comment on that.”

“Great location, very private and peaceful! Would recommend putting pet costs in listing so customers are not surprised. It would have also have been nice to have additional towels as 1 per person is not enough and no one wants to do laundry on vacation. Landscaping could be improved but it is the beginning of the season. We were allowed to check in early which was great as we were from around 3 hours away. Overall great property. Clean. Good experience and communication.”
