"We enjoyed our stay, especially since we were able to book it last minute. The unit was nice and clean, other than a small pan of beans mistakenly left in the oven by the cleaners. The designated parking space is on the small side our SUV stuck out a bit but it wasn't an issue. Check-in and out was a breeze. Would recommend staying here if you have a car to get around town. "

"My family, all adults now, enjoyed how close entertainment and eating establishments were. Very quiet, clean neighborhood. Lots of very nice dog walkers for neighbors. The rooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves a lot.We were all there for a wedding and the VRBO was perfect. Great communication communications with the owners."

"Close to Duke University hospital which was convenient for my family to come and go as needed, instead of commuting from Raleigh. Smart TVs in the two bedrooms (having one in the third room/study would have been fantastic). Host Ned responds quickly. The bed in the master was low to the ground, my elderly father had a hard time. Overall, my family enjoyed our stay. "

"I recently stayed at this property and was genuinely impressed by how beautiful and thoughtfully designed it was. The space features modern touches throughout and creates a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere.The location is also a huge plus — it’s extremely close to downtown Durham, with everything just a short drive away, which made getting around really convenient.My main concern was the wooden flooring in the kitchen, which appears to have swollen and lifted over time. I understand that fixing this isn’t an easy task, but it’s something guests should be aware of and ideally addressed soon.Aside from that, the other issues were minor and didn’t take away from the overall experience. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return — especially once the flooring is repaired."
