"The night team on 7/8 were kind, compassionate, and made a terrible day a little easier. I was stranded in Atlanta due to flight delays with nothing but the clothes on my back. They gave me a toothbrush, made sure I had utensils for the food I bought and were so kind when I cried due to exhaustion and overwhelm. I felt safe, seen, and cared for. 10000/10 recommend "

"Hotel was nice and close to the airport. There was a storm and the computer was down... so check-in took a few minutes, but staff was working diligently to resolve. I was a bit disappointed that I had to pay for parking, and no one told me about that. Didn't know it - until I got the bill. "
