We only had 3 towels in the room and could not get anymore until we turned those in, 2:30am smoke detecters battery started foing out and front desk could not get another one. So after listening to the beeping all night the maintenance guy opened the door at 6:30am while we were sleeping.

The inn reminded me of a “bed and breakfast” with its furniture and ambiance. Wish we had arrived earlier and before dark as the courtyard space was lovely. I’d like to enjoy a glass of wine there in the evening or a cup of coffee in the morning. But we were there only for the night. Baseboard by the shower was in very poor shape with insulation visible. Looked like the bathroom may not be finished? We called the desk because we couldn’t get Wi-Fi - we were told they were having trouble because of power failures in the area and only the office had Wi-Fi. No microwave or mini fridge, but I believe that was stated. Easy parking in the adjacent lot.

"Room was extremely nice . No in house parking so 11 plus dollars to park 15 hours. Several homeless walking in the area and food was limited due to being over packed. McDonald’s was bare bones in the sitting area with no condiments or soda machines. Housing was historic and very nice to look at."
