Idyllically situated just 8km Central Oxford, 5km Summertown, 8km Woodstock and Blenheim Palace and 20km Burford (gateway to The Cotswolds) and overlooking the historic St. Peter's Church, the cottages have been luxuriously appointed to the highest contemporary standard. Constructed of Cotswold stone with central and underfloor heating. The studio style layout provides a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Downstairs is a fitted kitchen, open plan living room and breakfast bar.

The bus stop to Oxford is 8 minutes walk and buses to both Oxford and Witney are at least twice every hour. the Cotswolds are a short drive away and wonderful walks, bike trails and scenery can be found in every direction
