“The room lost power on the first night (including air condition) , we sent a message to them as instructed we didn’t get an answer until 10 am and they said they would fix it in 30 minutes but they never came back and they didn’t fix it all morning. When we were leaving to start our day we reminded them and that is when they finally decided to fix it. We spent all night and all morning while we were getting ready without ac and it basically felt like we were outside for that day. The room was……

“Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.”

“Great location near by Charing Cross (around 5 mins walk). The kitchen in the room brought lots of convenience. However the water pressure was small and the hot water didn't last long. The breakfast was so so. The restaurant was small and had been busy between 8-10am.”
