"The staff here is kind, welcoming, and very accommodating. Very scenic walk into Banff town (about 25 minute walk from hotel into center of town) or you can take the Roam bus. The breakfast was great in their restaurant. Would stay here again!!"

"Unfortunately there is a good deal of deferred maintenance. The cable box in my room was hanging out of a hole in the wall, the ironing board was covered in brown stains and overall just needs a lot of maintenance. Also the breakfast was not good."
