Fantastic location! Easy walk to Fisherman's Wharf and eateries. Romantic ambiance with working fireplace. Excellent breakfast.

I’ve stayed here over the past 30 years. Nothings been updated since i was 18 & i just celebrated 48! Furniture uncomfortable (sofa) and vanity counter looking shabby. At the very least update lamps with charging station!? Linens not high quality & look & felt cheapy. The shampoo smelled nice. I was upset to learn when checking in that we couldn’t have an upstairs room due to us having our chihuahua with us (i thought i paid for a luxury king suite!?!?) instead we were in a dark, shabby room- nothing luxury about it) Nothing is mentioned on your site or hotel pacific site upon booking that your room will suck if you bring your dog - compared to upstairs room. Our patio flooded with some rain which was useless for our dog to use (fix your drainage there in room 244) Not my best birthday experience hotel-wise but we did walk to the cannery & wharf which was fun. Don’t think I’d stay here again.

Never again. We stayed for 2 nights. Junior Suite Room 131. Cold shower the first morning. No weather stripping on our door meant hearing every 2am conversation from drunk guests in the hallway echoing off of the saltillo tile in the hallway. Dead bugs on the ceiling of the bathroom. Photos of everything. Tree trimming the morning of our departure meant the patio was unusable. Got parking comped but no call from management to address the litany of other issues. Breakfast was good. Fireplace worked. Overall, looks adorable. Waste of money.
